Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

WET INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 cup of vegetable oil
  2. 2/3 cups of water
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 1 can of pumpkin
DRY INGREDIENTS
  1. 2 cups of sugar
  2. 1 cup of light brown sugar
  3. 3 1/2 cups of flour
  4. 2 tbs of cinnamon
  5. 2 tbs of nutmeg
  6. 1 tbs pumpkin spice
  7. 2 tsp of baking soda
  8. 2 cups of chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oven to 350*.
  2. 3 9x5 loaf pans (greased and floured)
  3. In separate bowls: combine dry ingredients in one and wet ingredients and the sugar in another.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Add 2 cups of chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into the pans about 3/4 the way.
  6. Bake for approximately 1 hour.
