Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
WET INGREDIENTS

1 cup of vegetable oil

2/3 cups of water

4 eggs

1 can of pumpkin
DRY INGREDIENTS

2 cups of sugar

1 cup of light brown sugar

3 1/2 cups of flour

2 tbs of cinnamon
-
2 tbs of nutmeg
-
1 tbs pumpkin spice

2 tsp of baking soda

2 cups of chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 350*.

3 9x5 loaf pans (greased and floured)

In separate bowls: combine dry ingredients in one and wet ingredients and the sugar in another.

Combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Add 2 cups of chocolate chips.

Pour into the pans about 3/4 the way.

Bake for approximately 1 hour.
