Sour Cream Crescents

INGREDIENTS

Dough Ingredients

1. 1 Lb butter
2. 4 cups flour
3. 2 egg yolks
4. 1 pt. sour cream

Filling Ingredients

1. 2 cups sugar
2. 1 cup crushed walnuts nuts
3. 3 Tbs. cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut butter into flour with pastry cutter as for pie crust.
2. In another bowl, mix egg yolks and sour cream.
3. Add this to the dough
4. Form into the shape of a loaf of bread.
5. Wrap in foil and refrigerate over night.
   
   
6. Cut loaf into 4 equal sections.
7. Roll one sections like a large pizza.
8. Combine filling ingredients
9. Sprinkle 1/4 of the filling on each section of the dough.
10. Cut each section into 16 pizza like pieces.
11. Bake at 350 • for 25 min .
