Brownie Mousse Truffle

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 box of Brownie mix
  2. 1/2 cup cold water
  3. 1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  4. 2-3 tubs of whipped cream
  5. Mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. Make brownies as directed. Let cool then cut into pieces
  2. Mix pudding, water, and condensed milk until mostly smooth. Fold in one tub of whipped cream. Set aside.
  3. Layer brownies, then mousse, then plain cool whip, then sprinkle with chocolate chips. Repeat.
