Sausage Bread Stuffing
INGREDIENTS

2 loaves bread

2 16 oz packages of pork sausage

4 eggs (slightly beaten)

1 large onion (chopped)

2 cups celery (diced)

1/2 cup of milk

1/3 cup of parsley
-
1 1/2 tsp thyme
-
1/2 tsp of salt
-
1/2 tsp of seasoned pepper

1/2 tsp of sage
DIRECTIONS

Using 8 quart pan, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.

Using a slotted spoon remove sausage.

Pour all but 1/4 cup of drippings from pan.

In drippings, add onion and celery. Stir occasionally. Cook until tender, ~10 minutes.

Remove pan from heat.

Stir in cooked sausage, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper and sage.

Toss gently to mix.
